I was blown away by this book. The stuff Carter is put through is scary, painful, & intense. This is what I would imagine a real life mafia would be like. This series just gets better and better. I couldn't stop reading it, all the action and suspense just keeps you hooked, and rooting for Carter.
The intense love Vladimir has for her and what he is willing to give up is just wow! Let's not forget Boris and Carters love/hate relationship. You really get to know more about him in this book.. This is a must read book! A must read trilogy! Come on book 3.
